As an HR Generalist, you will provide strategic HR support to business units in the areas of staffing, employee development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping to drive business results through people-focused solutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to work with large and complex datasets using tools such as Power BI and Excel.

What You Will Do :

• Partner with business leaders to address workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement needs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and exit interviews.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining and automating HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate training and development programs aligned with business goals.

Summary Pay Range : $87,480.00 - $131,280.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
