Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Renewals Account Manager to support our business clients during the renewal process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, values accuracy and follow-through, and thrives in a technology-driven environment.

You'll manage renewal communications, update client information, process policy changes, and ensure each client receives timely and professional service, helping to maintain strong, long-term relationships with our commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full renewal process for assigned commercial accounts.
• Review expiring policies, gather updated client information, and coordinate renewal quotes.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, underwriters, and internal team members to ensure accurate and timely renewals.
• Update CRM and agency management systems with client and policy information.
• Track renewal progress and follow up proactively to meet deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold agency standards for responsiveness and professionalism.
• Look for opportunities for coverage enhancements, cross-sell, upsell, discounts, etc. to provide better outcomes for the clients.
