Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to lead teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• ? Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• ? Monitor daily operations and address issues related to production schedules, quality control, and safety compliance.
• ? Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• ? Enforce safety and health regulations, conducting regular safety audits and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• ? Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, quality, engineering, logistics) to resolve production issues and streamline processes.
• ? Maintain accurate records of production metrics, attendance, inventory usage, and downtime.
• ? Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality or process deviations.
• ? Lead daily shift meetings and contribute to long-term production planning.
