Maintenance Supervisor

Conifer Realty is seeking a Residential Maintenance Supervisor to support our apartment community at Princeton Senior Living (80 units). The ideal candidate will have experience with NJHMFA and DCA inspections, PM inspections, HVAC (EPA universal certification), and Fair Housing.

The responsibilities of this role include :

• Maintaining indoor and outdoor maintenance and clean presentation of the community.
• Completing routine painting, carpentry, drywall, cleaning, minor plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, and other maintenance activities in response to work orders.
• Trash management, mowing, trimming shrubbery, cultivating flower beds, snow, ice, salting, and debris removal as needed.
• Timely communication with team members for immediate follow-up on work orders.
• Responding to emergency on-call duties on a rotational basis.
