What You'll Do

• Implement our software – guiding customers through setup, configuration, and best practices.
• Translate accounting workflows into software solutions – making the system fit how manufacturers do business.
• Train and support users – teaching accountants, controllers, and business leaders how to get the most from the software.
• Analyze and problem-solve – diagnosing issues, cleaning up data, and helping companies use their Odyssey ERP for accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with customers – becoming a trusted advisor as they modernize their accounting and operations.
