The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

We are looking for a 2 nd Shift Assembler Supervisor. This is the gateway position on your career roadmap that may include advancement within front line production, production control, supply chain, continuous improvement, quality or safety management, project management, or customer service. This position will be based at our Grand Prairie, TX site (a large, multi-function site with many opportunities to grow your career in manufacturing)! This position is eligible for paid overtime. Must have some flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis as work demand requires

You'll make a difference by :

• Maintain our record of world class level safety performance.
• Support quality programs in driving down scrap and rework costs.
• Demonstrate a high caliber of skill with problem-solving and decision-making amid shifting work priorities and supply chain material challenges.
• Build, upskill, and motivate a high-quality team of electromechanical assemblers.
• Ensure the fewest possible supply chain disruptions through partnering and engaging with production planning, engineering, fabrication, warehouse, and other internal functions.
