Recruiter & HR Operations Specialist
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle : Source, screen, interview, coordinate hiring manager meetings, prepare offers, and manage prescreening.
Define talent needs : Meet with leaders to create and refine job descriptions.
Track and report : Recruitment metrics for process improvement.
Support HR Operations : Assist with employee events, benefits, policy communication, and other HR tasks.
Backup HR Generalist : Support key functions including biweekly payroll, onboarding, and employee relations.
