We are seeking an experienced client implementation SME Lead to join a team of performance experts to onboard clients to the Alpha 3rd party Attribution service. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in investment performance measurement and attribution analysis, data management, and client reporting for asset managers. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with internal departments who perform component functions in the service.

The team you will be joining is a part of a global, cross-divisional group supporting State Street AlphaSM.

As Head : 3rd Party Attribution Integrations, Alpha Performance you will :

• Lead the solution design of the STT 3rd Party Attribution interface to ensure it conforms to the 3rd party system requirements to allow them to produce the analytics the client desires
• Work with upstream implementation / product teams to ensure the core Alpha product captures / generates the source data required by the 3rd Party system to run attribution
• Analyze and document client requirements for large and / or complex efforts, and advise internal and external stakeholders on the required solution
• Plan, perform and support testing efforts where appropriate
• Lead interactions with clients around the delivery of the solution
• Feed into the continuous improvement of methodologies and processes required to deliver successful solutions
• Assist the pre-sales team to determine whether the Alpha Performance Attribution offering meets prospect requirements
• Work with the Product team to close functionality gaps identified during the requirements gathering phase
• Work with the Product team to improve quality of code and regression testing in order to improve quality of deployments
• Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clients to the Attribution service
• Build a team of experts with a global remit to make 3rd party integrations for attribution scalable and repeatable
• Become an Attribution Product SME on State Street's Front-to-back platform
• Some travel may be required

These skills will help you succeed in this role :

Bachelor's degree or above preferred

Minimum 10 years experience in the fintech space, implementing and supporting performance and attribution solutions

Nice to have CFA / CIPM
