Position Overview
We are seeking a warm, professional Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, calming environment and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The Concierge will assist clients with questions, notify therapists of arrivals, and maintain the overall environment of the front office.
Responsibilities
Greet clients promptly and warmly as they arrive for appointmentsManage check-in process and notify therapists of client arrivalsMaintain a calm, organized, and professional front desk environmentAnswer basic questions about the office, services, and appointment flowSupport the team with light administrative tasks as neededEnsure waiting areas remain tidy and invitingQualifications
Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsReliable, punctual, and attentive to detailPrior experience in hospitality, reception, or customer serviceAbility to remain calm and professional in a busy environmentExcellent verbal communication skillsSchedule & Compensation
