A mid-size firm with an office in Los Angeles is seeking partner level real estate transactions attorneys for its firm. No book of business is needed for this position, only superior skill. However, those with a book of business are also welcome to apply and can be compensated at a higher level.

Details :

• Base Salary : $275,000 - $375,000 per year for non-equity level partners DOE; compensation higher for those with a book of business.
• Billable Requirement : 1,700 hours per year
• Hybrid : 4 days per week in office, 1 day from home
• Annual Discretionary Bonus : based on work product, hours billed, and contribution to the firm
