Customer & Category Insights Manager
We're looking for a data-driven and strategic Customer & Category Insights Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of business insights and marketing initiatives across key retail departmentsincluding Grocery, Non-Grocery, Perishables, and HBC. In this role, you'll partner with business managers, clients, and category teams to deliver actionable insights that drive growth, optimize merchandising, and enhance customer engagement. Qualifications
Education : Bachelor of Science degree required.
Experience : 35 years of experience in marketing, sales, or other industry-related functions. Prior experience in data analysis and systems management.
Skills & Competencies : Strong proficiency in Windows and related software applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and database management. Experience with syndicated data platforms such as ACNielsen Workstation, NITRO, and IRI Data Server. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
