Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.Install HVAC components and systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.Complete work orders, service tickets, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in clean and working condition.Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Follow all safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.What You’ll Do as an HVAC Technician :
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systemsCommunicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and optionsProvide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfactionComplete work orders using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearancePreferred skills for our HVAC Technicians :
NATE certification.EPA certificationExperience with smart HVAC systems and digital controls.Familiarity with mobile field service management tools.Benefits for our HVAC Technicians :
