Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Drive performance, pipeline, productivity and lead sellers to success through one on ones, ride alongs, leverage sales programs, and high contact activity sales management
- Hire talent and onboard new sellers in the geography
- Direct involvement in top accounts and strategic deals
- Contribute to pilots, thought leadership for change, and provide field perspective for new tools and processes
- Ability to drive growth applying sales leadership processes such as one on ones, pipeline management, activity management and leveraging sales programs and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to attract and retain top sales talent
- Manage pipeline that supports monthly forecasting.
- Track record of growth and business performance

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree10+ years of leading sellers and leaders of sellersAbility to attract and retain top sales talentTrack record of growth and business performanceValid Driver's License and acceptable driving recordPreferred Qualifications :
Proven history of sales success identifying and developing (hunting) new business opportunities as well as finding and retaining key sales talentBusiness acumen to stay ahead of revenue needs and ensure sales meets or exceeds commitments to deliver profitability resultsExperience building network of business relationships to create sales opportunitiesExcellent problem-solving and meeting facilitation skillsDemonstrated ability to lead change, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Requirements :
