Job Description
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within our clinic environment. Your primary duties will involve distributing mail, reports, and written communication, as well as performing account maintenance tasks such as faxing, scanning, and copying. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary. Additionally, you will interact with patients during the check-in and check-out processes.

Work Environment
You will be working in a dynamic clinic environment, primarily in the ortho, primary care, and allergy clinics on the main campus for ambulatory clinics. The role is fully on-site, with free parking available, and a shuttle service from the MBTA commuter rail station. There is no requirement for scheduling or billing experience. Interacting with patients in a professional manner is essential in this role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 / hr.
