Job Title : Construction Manager (luxury spec homes)

Location : Northern Palm Beach County (West Palm Beach / Lake Worth)

Responsibilities : Run multiple ground up spec home projects in Palm Beach County (Up to $5 million in budget size)

Compensation : Up to $150k base + vehicle allowance & benefits

We're a real estate development firm in Palm Beach County and currently building spec homes from $1 - 5 million in size with typical homes 4 - 5 bedrooms & 3 - 5,000 sq ft in size.

Role Responsibilities & Requirements

• Responsible for leading the projects from start to finish
• Coordinate & team up with the President & other team members on maintain project timeline
• 7+ years of ground up construction experience (production or custom home building experience is highly preferred)
• Ability to travel amongst several project sites in Palm Beach County
• Ability to work where you choose (project site, home or office) - you're preference
• Ideal to have preference spec or custom home building experience
