Overview
Hunterdon County Family Law Firm seeks full time office assistant / receptionist to join the team. Candidate must possess organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively. Salary commensurate with experience (minimum $25 / hr). Responsibilities
- Provide office support to a small office of attorneys to include, but not be limited to, answering phone calls, scheduling of appointments and managing calendar events.
- Set up new client files and gather client information.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and small office repairs / contractors and order office supplies.
- Receive and open mail, including bills and invoices.
- Receive client payments and manage checks and deposit of client payments.
Qualifications
