Spearhead the design and development of advanced electrical systems, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and performance benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate electrical components across diverse platforms, optimizing overall system functionality. Lead efforts in analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems to drive improvements in reliability and operational efficiency. Design and deploy control algorithms and tailored systems that address specific operational requirements. Leverage simulation tools, modeling techniques, and analytical methods to evaluate and enhance system performance. Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality electrical components aligned with project objectives. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in electrical engineering best practices across the project team. Produce clear, detailed technical documentation to support project transparency and adherence to defined parameters. Continuously monitor and incorporate emerging trends and innovations in electrical engineering and related technologies.

Stay informed of emerging trends and innovations in electrical engineering.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in power systems, CAD tools, simulation software, and circuit design.

Strong understanding of control systems and high power systems integration.

Experience in electrical engineering principles and circuit design.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant disciplines.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Ability to obtain or possess a clearance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience with the Department of Defense (DoD).

Familiarity with harmonic distortion.

Work Environment

The work environment includes an on-site schedule from 8 am to 4 pm, with a casual dress code of jeans and polo shirts. The team is mission-focused, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment with ample growth opportunities and involvement in various ongoing projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $170000.00 - $200000.00 / yr.
