Litigation Attorney

Overview

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm, seeks an attorney with at least four years of quality experience in commercial litigation to join our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing the day-to-day aspects of large-document litigation with minimal supervision. Excellent writing skills are required; deposition, oral argument, and trial experience are preferred. The role may be remote, but the candidate should be available to attend hearings, depositions, and meetings in Las Vegas as needed. Nevada Bar membership is required.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in commercial litigation
• Significant experience managing large-document litigation with minimal supervision
• Excellent writing skills
• Deposition, oral argument, and trial experience preferred
• Nevada Bar membership required

Location and Work Arrangement

Las Vegas, NV; remote work possible with required in-person commitments in Las Vegas as needed.
