Overview :

If you enjoy a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, then our Advisor Service Associate position might be the job for you. This team is responsible for reviewing documents, following up on pending business, and handling customer service calls. They are tasked with providing world-class service while supporting our producers on a daily basis.

What you'll do :

• Input, review and submit new account applications and service documents
• Provide outstanding customer service when handling incoming calls regarding pending applications, compensation, and financial transactions with advisors and their office staff
• Conduct calls / emails to follow up on pending applications to ensure they are being processed in a timely manner
