Work Environment
This position operates on the 2nd shift from 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday coverage during peak season (March-May). Initial training will occur on the 1st shift for approximately 8 weeks. The dynamic lab environment is part of a manufacturing / plant setting, requiring comfort around moving mechanical parts and in conditions that may include wet or humid environments, exposure to fumes, airborne particles, or chemicals, and outdoor weather when walking between buildings. Strong communication skills are essential for interaction with operations, leadership, and plant management. The role requires adaptability, focus, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent use of hands to handle tools and materials, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. A company-provided navy jumpsuit uniform and closed-toe shoes are required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.75 / hr.
