Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement change management processes and tools for Microsoft 365 adoption
Design and deliver training and communication plans for Microsoft 365 capabilities
Consult with project teams and support senior leaders in change management efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in training or organizational change management or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 as a Power User
Experience in developing Microsoft 365 training and adoption strategies
Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
Prosci Change Management Certification and Microsoft Adoption Specialist Certification preferred
