About the Role

We're hiring a Platform Engineer to help build and scale the infrastructure, tooling, and services that power Dorsia's products. You'll design and operate reliable, high-performance systems, enabling our product teams to ship quickly and safely. This is a high-impact role where you'll work across cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, CI / CD pipelines, observability, and system performanceusing automation and modern platform practices to keep us fast, secure, and resilient.

What You'll Do

• Design & Scale Infrastructure : Build and maintain cloud-native systems (AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare) to support rapid product growth and high availability. You lean on managed services where possible, believing in composability over building everything from scratch.
• Improve Developer Experience : Create tooling, workflows, and CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform) that make shipping easier and faster.
• Automate & Optimize : Implement Infrastructure as Code, observability tooling, and automated incident detection / response to reduce manual work.
• Reliability & Performance : Work with the team to balance security and speed, helping us scale without sacrificing momentum.
• Secure the Platform : Partner with engineering to bake pragmatic security into fast-moving infrastructure and deployments.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with product engineers, data teams, and operations to ensure platform capabilities meet evolving needs.

Compensation is based on your experience and the scope of the role. Final compensation is based on factors like experience, location, and internal equity. This role also includes equity and a full suite of benefits. Typical base salary ranges are :

Junior level : $100,000$160,000

Mid level : $150,000$200,000

Senior level : $190,000$250,000
