We're looking for a Project Controls Specialist to help drive the success of major initiatives like our Wind Expansion Program and IPL Solar Program. What You'll Do

• Be the go-to expert for strategic construction agreementsadminister, negotiate, and ensure compliance.
• Partner with project teams to keep contractors aligned with contract terms.
• Review change orders, invoices, and documentation with precision and speed.
• Coordinate procurement and legal escalations with confidence.
• Support contract lifecycle activities from development to post-closing.
• Train and support users on Oracle's Unifier system.
• Generate custom reports to track project milestones and open items.
• Attend weekly status meetings and visit job sites to stay close to the action.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
