Requirements : Job Summary :

B&A is seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead a high-impact initiative supporting the Tolling Back Office System (TBOS). This is a strategic leadership role overseeing the full lifecycle of a complex enterprise system implementation, including design, development, testing, deployment, and long-term operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all aspects of the SAP TBOS implementation, including system architecture, integration, data migration, and business process transformation.
• Oversee project management functions : scheduling, resource planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Tollway-specific standards, including PCI DSS and PII protection.
• Direct the development and execution of key deliverables : Project Management Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, Data Migration Plan, QA Plan, and Training Plan.
• Manage performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers, interoperable agencies, and internal Tollway departments.
