• Clinical Supervision and Training for Licensure / Certification. Clinical Supervision for licensure / certification is offered weekly as a benefit of your employment. That time is not paid. Participation in the any of the training and supervision for licensure and certification will require a two-year employment commitment from the commencement date of licensure, certification, and / or supervision and training. SHYAS is pleased to offer 401{k} plans to all full-time employees. 401K plan is a personal pension {savings} account, as defined n subsection 401{k} of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Periodic employee contributions come directly out of your paycheck. These benefits are available after you have satisfied your probationary period and you are a permanent employee.
• Paid Time Off (PTO). Paid time off is offered to salaried employees. Employees are able to accrue up to 40 hours of paid time off their first year of service. Please note that all time off request must be submitted at least 14 days / two weeks in advance. These benefits are available after you have satisfied your probationary period and you are a permanent employee.
