- Clinical Supervision and Training for Licensure / Certification. Clinical Supervision for licensure / certification is offered weekly as a benefit of your employment. That time is not paid. Responsibilities
Conducts diagnostic comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting problems, biopsychosocial history, substance use history, status of social determinants of health, service needs, and life goals for adults, adolescents and children.Develop, coordinate and implement new patient treatment plan and crisis plan including coordination of first time appointments for primary care, therapy, psychiatric appointments, peer support and other mental health and substance use treatment services.Conduct follow up calls to promote engagement and assess for risk and safety until client is engaged in services; development of natural supports, and other support as needed.Provides triage and crisis intervention to new patients and existing patients to facilitate necessary services such as inpatient hospitalization, when indicated.Qualifications
Master Degree in Human Service Field with 2 year post graduate experience with License or Associate License ANDIs 18 years of age or older with the ability to read, write and understand how to follow instructions and is Licensed with one year of experience with target population ANDHas no violent criminal record or substantiated findings of abuse or neglect listed on the North Carolina Health Care Personnel RegistryExperience providing counseling, crisis intervention and case management to adults, with severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders as well as children / adolescent with severe emotional disorders, substance use and their families.Flexibility with scheduling to meet the needs of patients Shift : Mon - Fri (8 : 30AM – 5 : 30PM)We are looking forward to hearing from you.
