Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Dietary Aide Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Job Posting : Registered Dietitian (RD) - Clinical Nutrition We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our clinical nutrition team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Required Certifications Registered Dietitian (RD) - credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Licensed Dietitian (LD) - must hold active licensure in the State of Texas Must-Have Qualifications Candidates without these qualifications will not be considered : Strong verbal and written communication skills Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian in a clinical setting Proven ability to document timely and accurately for 8-10 patients within an 8-hour day Solid computer and EMR documentation skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Candidates with the following qualifications will be prioritized : 3 years of clinical experience as an RD Experience in Critical Care, ICU, or Oncology units Advanced certifications such as : CNSC (Certified Nutrition Support Clinician) CSO (Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition) CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) Typical Responsibilities / Procedures on Unit Complete nutrition screening and assessments Conduct Nutrition-Focused Physical Exams (NFPE) Participate in interdisciplinary rounds with care teams Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and families Manage and monitor enteral (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) support Document clinical care in the electronic medical record (EMR) Track productivity metrics and PN appropriateness data daily in Excel Best Personality Fit We're looking for someone who is : Highly organized and detail-oriented Team-oriented and values collaboration Provides evidence-based, patient-centered care Skilled at building relationships across disciplines Adaptable and flexible with patient care assignments Reliable with a consistent attendance record HC HC About eTeam Inc - Secondary eTeam was formed in 1999 with the goal of becoming the company of choice for clients, talent and staffing professionals.
