Position Summary

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Servers to join our Dining Services team. As a server at The Osborn, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities

Take meal orders and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously

Ensure dining rooms are clean, organized, and welcoming

Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely meal service

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors

Qualifications

Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed

Dependable and flexible for per diem scheduling
