Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for businesses, introducing telecom and internet services tailored to their needs.
  • Conduct outreach to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Identify business requirements and determine whether services align with their operations.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring a clear and professional handoff.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead interactions in CRM software.
  • Stay updated on current service offerings, promotions, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions to build trust and credibility with potential clients.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to adapt conversations to different business types and decision-makers.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with consistent follow-up habits.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Experience with CRM software or lead management tools (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
