Pi Square Technologies is hiring : React UX Architect in Minneapolis

Overview We are looking for an experienced who will lead the design and development of user-centric, scalable, and performant web applications. This role bridges front-end engineering and user experience (UX) design , ensuring seamless usability, visual consistency, and technical feasibility across applications.

Responsibilities Define and drive the UX architecture strategy for React-based applications.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business and user needs into intuitive experiences.

Architect reusable React components and design systems for scalable applications.

Provide technical leadership in React best practices, accessibility (WCAG / ARIA), and responsive design.

Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to UX / UI standards and guidelines.

Guide the integration of design frameworks, libraries, and patterns to improve efficiency and maintainability.

Partner with UX researchers to validate design concepts with users and iterate based on feedback.

Stay current with emerging UI / UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance product experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.

8+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 5+ years in React.js .

Strong background in UX design principles, usability, and accessibility .

Expertise in React, Redux (or other state management libraries), TypeScript, and modern ES6+ JavaScript .

Proficiency with design systems (Material UI, Chakra, Tailwind, or custom) .

Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox / Grid, responsive and cross-browser development .

Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD .

Experience in architecting large-scale, component-driven applications .

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR).

Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture .

Knowledge of CICD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP) .

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
