AI / ML Solution Architect

Desirable Skills :

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Proven experience (8+ years) in designing and implementing AI / ML solutions, with a strong focus on machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.
• Extensive experience with machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.Expertise in NLP techniques and tools, including experience with LLMs like Gemini, GPT, BERT, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI / ML services.Knowledge of big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design robust, scalable AI / ML architectures.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with REST API & Spring Boot design and development
• Knowledge in API security risks and microservices resilience
• Experienced in Git, Jira, Jenkins, and test automation
• Experience in agile methodology, and Scrum, Kanban
• Experienced in Apigee, Istio, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS and GCP preferred
• Good communication and collaboration skills to drive onshore / offshore development activities
• Thorough understanding of a feature, the users impacted, the flows impacted and features purpose
• Thorough understanding of the business model in relation to current product focus area
• Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles
