Salary : $135,000 - $145,000 per year

We are working with a fast-growing Hematology & Oncology clinic / infusion center that is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner / APN to join the team! This position will rotate between 2 clinics (Hinsdale, IL & New Lenox, IL).

Job Details

The Nurse Practitioner / APN will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with physicians and the rest of the healthcare team.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9a-5p

Requirements :

1. Are you a licensed NP / APRN / APN?

2. Please explain your oncology experience.

3. Do you have your DEA certification?

5. Are you able to commute between Hinsdale and New Lenox? This position will rotate between the 2 locations.
