  • Position Summary :
  • We are seeking
  • Customer Service Representatives
  • to join a remote support team for a healthcare-related client. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and healthcare. Representatives will handle inbound inquiries from members, providers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding Medicare, insurance, and health plans
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions in the service database
  • Adhere to compliance standards and internal policies
  • Demonstrate accountability and active listening in all communications
  • Required Qualifications :
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Prior experience with health plans or payors is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
  • Must reside in PA, MD, VA, FL, or DC
  • Preferred Skills :
  • Experience in healthcare customer support
  • Familiarity with operations coordination or systems support
  • Additional exposure to insurance or Medicare-related inquiries
  • Work Environment & Schedule :
  • 100% Remote - Equipment provided upon successful onboarding
  • Interviewing ASAP
  • 2-month training class provided
  • Call center hours : 8 AM - 8 PM, 7 days a week
  • Must be available to work 40 hours / week across 5 days, with flexibility within operating hours
  • Rotating weekend schedule - every 2nd or 3rd week
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
