These patients often include those recovering from surgery, managing chronic illnesses, or stabilizing after acute medical events. €‹\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Patient Monitoring : Continuously assess and monitor patients with complex medical conditions, such as cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical cases, ensuring timely detection of any changes in their health status. €‹\n
• Medical Interventions : Administer medications, assist with bedside procedures, and utilize advanced technologies like telemetry monitoring to provide comprehensive care. €‹\n
• Care Planning : Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes. €‹\n

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.\n
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.\n
