People Shared Services Representative II, Payroll
Under close supervision, this position is responsible for providing support to employees on more complex People department inquiries. The incumbent is the initial contact to provide further interpretation and guidance on policies, conducts employee transactions, and supports department technology enhancements. This position will be assigned to a function with opportunities to service different areas within the People Shared Services group.

Minimum Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED with 1-2 years of experience in contact center, customer service, or related field, and / or military equivalent AND / OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences

Compensation : Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
