Director Renewable Solutions

The Director of Renewable Solutions will oversee the development and implementation of QED's Renewable Solutions strategies. This role involves leading a team, managing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to advance our Renewable Solutions offerings.

What you'll do :

• Develop and execute strategic vision for renewable energy solutions in alignment with company goals
• Build effective relationships with customers, specialty contractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect / support company vision, mission, and core values to meet / exceed customer expectation
• Enhancing QED renewable solutions offering to provide vale added customer support
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new service solutions and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs implementing measures to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market growth
• Analyze renewable energy market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Other duties may be assigned.
