Job Summary
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping and elevating the visual identity of our wellness brand. This role is responsible for creating engaging, on-brand designs across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, studio initiatives, member communications, and special events.

Key Responsibilities
Create eye-catching and effective design solutions across various platforms (web, social media, print, email marketing, etc.)
Develop graphics for marketing campaigns, social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design objectives and deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Design and update digital assets, including website elements, newsletters, banners, and product packaging.
Assist in the creation of internal and external brand assets, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
Stay current with industry trends and design techniques, integrating fresh ideas and approaches into your work.
Manage and organize design files, ensuring quick access and version control.
Additional projects and duties assigned.
Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Membership teams to deliver design support for campaigns, events, and promotions.
Work with leadership and external vendors (printers, agencies, photographers) to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Provide creative input on campaigns, supporting wellness initiatives that align with company values.
Required Skills & Abilities
Strong sense of ownership and accountability; takes initiative and follows through
Excellent communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Experience with website administration, particularly WordPress and WP Engine
Proficient with Google Workspace and SaaS platforms (e.g. Monday.com) Foundational knowledge of networking (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, routers, wireless networks)
Experience supporting multi-location environments and distributed teams Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are highly desirable
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Willingness to travel for studio support or special initiatives
Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours technical support
Passion for health, wellness, and building systems that support a growing brand
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
3+ years of professional design experience (wellness, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality industries preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, digital / social media content, and print design.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt to feedback.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to fifteen pounds at times.
