An international AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its renowned Copyright & Technology Litigation Practice Group . This is an exciting opportunity to work on industry-defining cases at the intersection of technology and copyright law—helping shape the future of digital rights, media, and content protection for global clients.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 3–4 years of substantive experience with intellectual property matters, including copyright litigation , in a law firm setting
• Undergraduate coursework and technical background working at the intersection of technology and copyright law , particularly emerging tech
• Strong writing, oral advocacy, and research skills, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• A proactive, leadership-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to take on increasing levels of responsibility

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary : $260,000 – $310,000 , commensurate with experience and class year.

Discretionary merit bonus eligibility .
