We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager ("ACM") for our residential community in the Vernon Hills / Mundelein area. The ACM plays a key role in supporting the Community Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property, helping to maintain a positive team environment, and contributing to the achievement of marketing, occupancy, and financial goals. Most importantly, the ACM helps ensure that our residents feel truly at home. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager ("ACM") for our residential community in the Vernon Hills / Mundelein area. The ACM plays a key role in supporting the Community Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property, helping to maintain a positive team environment, and contributing to the achievement of marketing, occupancy, and financial goals. Most importantly, the ACM helps ensure that our residents feel truly at home. Pay : Starting from $24–$26 / hour (commensurate with experience) + commissions + quarterly bonuses
