Company Description
At Flywire, we’re on a mission to deliver the world’s most important and complex payments. We use our Flywire Advantage—a combination of our next‑gen payments platform, proprietary payment network, and vertical‑specific software—to help clients get paid and customers pay with ease, no matter where they are in the world.
Who We Are
Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company founded more than a decade ago to solve high‑stakes, high‑value payments in higher education. We’ve since scaled into new regions, industry verticals, and expanded our product offerings, supporting more than 4,800 clients across education, healthcare, travel, and B2B industries with over 1,200 FlyMates from 40+ nationalities in 12 offices worldwide.
Job Description
You’ll be joining a high‑impact, global marketing team that knows how to deliver results. We’ve built a proven demand generation program that consistently fuels Flywire’s growth—and now we’re ready to take it to the next level. As part of the B2B marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and performance of demand generation programs that fuel pipeline growth and support global go‑to‑market goals.
The Opportunity
This senior‑level role is for an experienced marketer who can think strategically, turn plans into action, and take full ownership of results. You’ll step into a proven demand generation engine to optimize, innovate, and scale it, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the strategy and roll up your sleeves on the execution of inbound and outbound demand generation programs—online and offline—including paid and organic media, SEO, GEO, and multi‑channel campaigns that bring in a steady stream of qualified leads.
Oversee and fine‑tune high‑performing inbound marketing channels, including SEO, to boost visibility, attract the right audiences, and turn interest into action.
Keep a close eye on campaign results, using data to spot opportunities, improve conversion rates, and get the most out of every dollar spent.
Manage and continually improve Google Ads campaigns to sharpen targeting, increase efficiency, and deliver better outcomes.
Work with internal teams and trusted agencies / vendors to create content and messaging that speak directly to the needs of each audience and stage of the buyer journey.
Bring a genuine curiosity for AI, testing and applying new tools to grow lead volume, improve quality, personalize outreach, and make campaigns run smarter.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch well‑coordinated campaigns that make a measurable impact on Flywire’s growth.

Genuine interest in exploring and applying AI to marketing, and experience using it to improve content, personalization, targeting, and campaign results.
Skilled at navigating global organizations and collaborating across multiple teams, functions, and time zones.
