Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations and managing the Production aspects of the company.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires a blend of management, communication, and technical skills. A Deville Steel Project Manager :

• Manages the project from start to finish : This includes coordinating all tasks, from initial information gathering to the final delivery of materials to the job site.
• Serves as a company representative : They attend crucial meetings with general contractors and clients, ensuring Deville Steel's interests are represented.
• Oversee day-to-day project duties : This involves assigning tasks to detailers and steel erectors, procuring necessary materials, and issuing cut sheets for fabrication.
• Acts as the main point of contact : They are the "point person" for all communication among Deville Steel, subcontractors, and the general contractor.
• Handles administrative and financial tasks : This includes processing invoices, submitting shop drawings for approval, and obtaining lien waivers.
• Ensures project completion documentation : They are responsible for providing warranty letters upon substantial completion of a project.
