Construction Manager – Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)

Houston, TX | Full-Time, Onsite

$110,000–$150,000

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead new builds and remodels for a growing QSR group. This role oversees projects from site planning through opening, managing contractors, budgets, and compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from site selection to completion
• Manage contractors, vendors, and contract negotiations
• Develop budgets, schedules, and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with codes, permits, safety, and brand standards
• Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and punch list resolution
