Shift hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Pay Range : $500-550 / day

Job Description : Implement and maintain the Global Banking Americas front office Compliance Risk and Control Assessment Program in line with Group / Regional guidelines and best practices.

Monitor and inventory trigger events (new business activities, emerging risks, significant incidents, organizational changes, etc.) that may impact the operational risk profile and update the RCSA Program accordingly.

Produce reporting materials and present updates for recurring / ad-hoc committees, working groups, operational risk forums, and internal control committees.

Maintain a detailed and organized audit trail of RCSA projects / BAU materials; ensure RCSA system of record (RISK360) is continuously updated.

Serve as a local relay of awareness for management regarding operational risk framework evolution, policy / procedure updates, and initiatives from second / first lines of defense.

Coordinate training on Operational Risks and Permanent Control framework, especially for new employees.

Manage additional activities and projects as required.

Implement, inventory, and maintain the operational risk and control framework for assigned business units.

Assess external events (e.g., operational incidents, regulatory developments, emerging risks) for potential changes to the business unit s operational risk profile.

Analyze internal operational incidents promptly; define corrective measures with business unit stakeholders to mitigate risks and control weaknesses.

Define, inventory, and maintain the business unit s control plan, including related Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Surveillance Points (KSPs).

Qualifications and Skills Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of operational risk frameworks and control environments

Ability to manage risk programs and maintain organized audit trails

Strong presentation and reporting skills

Experience coordinating training and awareness initiatives
