Join our client's team as a Collection Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in recovering losses from assigned accounts. Your expertise will help manage and resolve delinquent

accounts, ensuring a positive impact on our client's financial health. You'll work on-site 3-4 days per week as part of a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee a portfolio of delinquent accounts, initiating contact with debtors via phone, email, and written communication.
• Discuss outstanding debts, explore payment options, and negotiate effective payment arrangements.
• Maintain detailed records of all collection activities, ensuring compliance with client standards and federal regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing debtor inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns.
• Employ skip tracing techniques to locate debtors with outdated contact information.
