Manufacturing Planner Level 3
Our client is currently seeking a Manufacturing Planner to support production planning and execution for aerospace components. This role involves developing and maintaining manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and tooling documentation to ensure accurate as-built configurations and delivery readiness.

Location : Onsite at Facility 48-18
Schedule : Full-Time | 4x10 (Monday-Thursday)
Shifts Available :
- A Shift : 6 : 00 AM - ~4 : 30 PM
- B Shift : 4 : 00 PM - ~2 : 00 AM (Training begins on A Shift before transitioning)
Duration : Long-term Contract
Clearance : U.S. Person required for export compliance; Secret Clearance preferred (can be obtained post-start)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Create and maintain manufacturing plans, BOMs, and work instructionsDevelop illustrations and documentation for production processesCoordinate with suppliers to ensure manufacturing requirements are metIdentify tooling needs and initiate orders based on engineering specsInvestigate and resolve manufacturing issues of limited scopeSupport reproducibility assessments and provide input on design and process improvementsDevelop work statements and event sequencing to meet delivery commitmentsReview and maintain internal documentation and process standardsRequired Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in manufacturing planning and production supportProficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation toolsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and process proceduresStrong problem-solving, communication, and project management skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Associate's degree in a STEM disciplineExperience with Model-Based Design and GD&TFamiliarity with MESci or similar manufacturing systemsKnowledge of MRP systems (e.g., CompassContract)Experience with Windchill or similar engineering databasesAbility to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
