Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings : $110,000–$120,000 (base + bonus)
- Performance-Based Bonuses : Eligible after 60 days
- Profit Share : Generous percentage of the company's profit
- Paid Time Off

Responsibilities :

Lead and inspire the Market Center with energy, vision, and integrityImplement the Operating Principal’s strategic directionFocus on agent retention and development , especially the top 20% of producersBuild and lead training programs, masterminds, and events that drive agent growthCultivate a culture of collaboration, recognition, and accountabilitySupport and coach the leadership staff to ensure all departments operate effectivelyManage onboarding and productivity initiatives to grow the Market CenterTrack and analyze business metrics to drive profitability and market shareEssential Responsibilities
Coach and consult associates to achieve personal and professional successConduct productivity coaching and accountability meetingsFacilitate impactful Market Center meetings and training sessionsBuild retention and engagement through culture events and recognitionProvide leadership and guidance to staff and department headsCollaborate with the Operating Principal and MCA on business goals and growthKey Relationships
Sales Associates : Daily coaching, development, and goal-settingTop 20% Producers : Weekly consulting to increase productivity and retentionStaff & Leadership Team : Daily collaboration to ensure operational excellenceOperating Principal / MCA : Weekly strategy and profitability discussionsNew Agents : Onboarding and integration into culture and systemsQualifications :
