As a Sr. Manager, New Client Development on the Traditional Wealth Planning team, you'll play a pivotal role by helping drive New Client Inflows through leading a team of sales-focused Planners.
In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team's existing talents. For this Sr. Manager, New Client Development role, we are seeking a candidate with the proven ability to lead sales-focused, revenue-generating Financial Advisors to achieve plan targets in a culture of metrics-based accountability and work collaboratively to implement new process changes. Requirements :
3+ years of experience in leadership roles in the Financial Services industry or track record of success and continued improvement in a high volume, new client development Financial Advisor role.
Strategic thinker who can communicate and execute tactically.
Ability to manage through strong communication.
Capable leader that deploys diplomacy while working collaboratively.
Functional expertise in diagnosing operational and qualitative opportunities and introducing solutions.
Fosters a culture of engagement, professional growth and promotes successful outcomes.
Series 65 required; CFP desired.
Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $105,000 - $140,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
