Director of Clinical Programming
The Director of Clinical Programming will collaborate with the Vice President of Clinical Services, Director of Clinical Integration, and the Medical Director to establish, improve and maintain clinical services provided across Bowen Health's service continuum, with a focus on gold standard in the industry and innovate where necessary to meet patient need with a deep commitment to compassionate, patient centered care in an integrative care model.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Identify evidence-based practices for each care setting across service continuum, including but not limited to skills services, mental health therapy, substance use treatment, psychiatric medication management, inpatient psychiatric service delivery, residential care, primary care, and dental care.
- Develop protocols to support delivery of care with a focus on care collaboration and integration as well as ease of care access for patients and referral partners.
- Develop a system for continuity of care across service continuum that allows for seamless patient transition and considers patient experience.
- Design and support care model that aligns workflow with integrative care practices
- Set expectations for clinical competency and fidelity checks across service continuum aligned with organizational values.
- Establish onboarding standards and ongoing educational requirements for clinical services across service continuum.
- Create, update and align policies with evolving care standards and service delivery.
- Foster a culture of compassion, connection, and accountability in care delivery, with patient centered care at forefront of care delivery model.
- Seek continuous improvement utilizing process improvement strategies and interdisciplinary review.
- Lead change across disciplines.

Education : Degree in MSW, MS, MA, Ph.D., or Psy.D.Experience : 7-10 years in healthcare settings, with 3-5 years in integrated care system and leadership / administrative role preferred.Licensure in Indiana in clinical discipline identified above.As a State-Of-the-Art Healthcare Organization and a Federal Contractor Agency we require all individuals who join Team Bowen to receive a flu shot and tb test to further protect our staff and the patients we serve.
