Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to a team of customer service representatives
Monitor team interactions for compliance with company policies and service quality standards
Handle escalated inbound member inquiries and maintain accurate trip data
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Four (4) plus years of contact center or customer service experience
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to accurately type at least 35 words per minute
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM platforms is a plus
