A company is looking for a Physical Security Strategy, Innovation, and Policy Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a long-term vision and roadmap for physical security aligned with organizational objectives

Lead strategic planning initiatives and advise executive leadership on security priorities and emerging trends

Establish and enforce comprehensive physical security policies and governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship

Bachelor's degree in security management, Business Administration, or a related field

10 - 15 years of experience in physical security focused on strategy and policy development

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale security transformation initiatives

Deep knowledge of risk management and security governance
