IT Requirements Coordinator

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst I IT Requirements Coordinator to support the development, implementation and enhancement of our Document Generating System, Inspire. The role requires a strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems, with a particular focus on automating, templating and managing the life cycle of business critical documents.

As an IT Business Analyst I / IT Requirements Coordinator , you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to elicit and document stakeholder, business and functional requirements and supporting documentation to drive projects to delivery.

This is a great opportunity if you have prior professional business analysis experience. Qualified candidates will have knowledge and experience in eliciting and documenting stakeholder needs which evolve into high quality project deliverables.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements related to document generation formatting and lifecycle management.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Conduct interviews and process mapping sessions to generate requirements.
• Participate in workshops and serve as SME to foster understanding of document workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, technical specifications and system configurations.
• Research current functionality including interrogation of existing code when necessary.
